Her Story

Mary Dredge's work in spiritual wellness is rooted in the belief that true health flows from three interconnected pillars: mind, body, and environment, all in service of nourishing the soul.

Mary's path here didn't start with a business plan. Long before her divorce, she found herself questioning the lens she'd been taught to see life through. Searching for answers that traditional medicine couldn't fully give her, and for a spiritual connection she hadn't yet found the words for. That search taught her something she carries into every part of her work now: if she had felt unseen and misunderstood, she wasn't alone in that. So many people are quietly carrying the same thing. That recognition became her calling; to hold space for people exactly where they are, without judgment, and help them feel truly seen.

Mary brings nearly three decades of experience to her work, along with training in nutrition, life coaching and an additional certification in plant-based nutrition.  She listens closely and leads with empathy, helping people find an approach to eating and well-being that fits their lives.

Mary's approach looks at the whole person through three connected areas. Body, Mind and Environment.

Body: the logistics of nourishment: practical, sustainable nutrition guidance grounded in evidence-based protocols, tailored to real life rather than restriction.

Mind: the mental and emotional patterns that shape how we eat, heal, and care for ourselves, met with genuine support so people feel seen, not just informed.

Environment: the spaces we live in and the world around us, and how reconnecting to them restores balance to the body and mind alike.

Together, these three pillars nourish the soul, the deeper sense of self that healing is really in service of. Through this framework, Mary offers education, healing, and support, helping people build a relationship with food and self-care that honors the whole person. She is a published author of several self-help and personal growth titles, and her mission is simple: that everyone she works with leaves feeling loved, supported, and enough.
