Groups Where You Can Find Your People and Get Support
Move in Community Through the Seasons of Life That Transform You
Some chapters of life are easier to navigate when we have people beside us. Our ongoing groups offer a place to gather, connect, share, learn, and be supported by others who are moving through their own experiences of change, growth, loss, and discovery.
From grief and healing to spiritual exploration, personal growth, and creative connection, each group offers something different. Some are spaces for conversation and reflection. Others invite you to learn, explore, heal, or simply spend time with people who understand.
Unlike one-time events, these are opportunities to return, build relationships, and become part of a community. So come as you are, pull up a chair (or yoga mat), and stay for a while.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping Circle: Navigate Loss, Change, and New Beginnings With More Ease and Empowerment
Hosted by Allison Brunner, LCSW

Endings, loss, grief, and major life transitions can stir up a lot inside us. Anxiety, sadness, anger, fear, uncertainty, and even excitement about what comes next can all exist at the same time. Sometimes there are circumstances we cannot change, people we cannot change, or endings we cannot undo. EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique (which involves tapping on major meridians of our bodies while focusing on an issue that's troubling us), gives us a simple way to work with what is happening within us, helping to ease the emotional and physical stress we carry so we can meet life's changes with greater calm, clarity, and ease.
Studies show that EFT is 99 percent effective in healing veterans with PTSD. Many clients say that it's safer, simpler, and more effective than EMDR therapy. You do not need to know anything about EFT to join this circle. Allison Brunner is an EFT for Trauma Practitioner with nearly two decades of experience, and she will guide you through everything, gently and at your own pace. We'll combine tapping with reflection and processing, working with whatever is present for you around the transition you're experiencing. As you learn the technique, you'll begin to discover how you can use tapping for yourself. We'll also experience what is known in EFT as borrowed benefits, the idea that when we tap alongside another person's process, we may experience shifts of our own. Your participation does not require you to share anything you aren't ready to share.
The intention is not to make difficult circumstances disappear or to force yourself to feel differently before you're ready. It is to create more room inside yourself to respond to what's transpiring in your life. As we work with our inner world, our relationship to the outer world can begin to change too. We may even then see our outer world shift in ways we've wished. We may become better able to adapt to what cannot be changed, release what is ready to end, and approach what is beginning with greater openness and optimism. Along with the circle, you'll receive free digital access to Allison's 90-minute Basics of EFT course, including the science behind EFT, detailed instruction, and everything you need to continue tapping on your own.

Narcissistic Abuse Survivor's Support Group: You Don't Have to Walk This Alone
Hosted by Andrea Hilborn

When you've experienced narcissistic abuse, it can take time to understand what happened and even longer to understand how it has affected you. You may still be in the relationship, trying to find a way out, or rebuilding your life afterward. You may be questioning your memories, your choices, your sense of self, or simply wondering how to begin again. This group offers a compassionate space to be with others who understand these experiences.
This is a peer-support gathering where you can share as much or as little as feels comfortable. We'll have space to talk about what you're experiencing, listen to one another, and explore the challenges that can come with healing from emotionally difficult relationships. There is no expectation that you have everything figured out. Being in a room with people who understand can be its own kind of support.
You may leave feeling less alone, more understood, or with a new perspective on something you've been facing. Over time, connection with others can help restore a sense of trust in yourself, your own experience, and your ability to move forward. And you'll know that you don't have to navigate this part of your story alone.
Every first Wednesday, 6:30pm to 8pm

HELD: Nervous System Support + Energy Healing
Facilitated by Allison Brunner

During times of grief, transition, overwhelm, uncertainty, or change, we can hold more than we realize, physically, emotionally, and energetically. HELD offers a quiet place to step away from the demands of everyday life and simply be supported. You don't need to talk about what's happening or figure anything out. You don't need to know what you need. You're simply invited to lie down, let go, and receive.
During a HELD session, Allison creates a gentle energetic space designed to support the nervous system and encourage deep rest and release. Through body scan, decoupling (syncing your nervous system with the Earth's), energy work and intuitive healing with medicine stones, she works with the body's energetic field while you remain comfortably supported and fully clothed. Clients have reported feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, more grounded, emotionally shifted, and physically different after a session. Sometimes a minor physical or emotional issue may resolve or significantly shift within a single session; more complex or systemic concerns may require multiple sessions and ongoing support.
HELD offers an opportunity to give your body, mind, and spirit permission to pause and allow whatever is ready to shift to do so in its own time. You may leave feeling lighter, more spacious, more connected to yourself, or simply a little more resourced to meet whatever comes next.
Every second Wednesday, 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Angel Gallery Readings: a Gathering for Guidance, Reassurance, and Connection
Facilitated by Amanda Shannon

There are times when we could use a little reassurance that we're not navigating life alone. Angel Gallery Readings offer a welcoming space to pause, listen, and receive loving guidance from the angelic realm. Whether you're moving through a transition, looking for clarity, or simply curious about what messages may come through, you're invited to arrive with an open heart and see what speaks to you.
During this live group gathering, Amanda creates a grounded and welcoming space before opening to angelic guidance. She channels messages for the group, sharing collective guidance as well as individual messages for some of the people present. You don't need to come with a specific question or know exactly what you're looking for. Simply be present, listen, and allow the messages to unfold. Because this is a gallery-style group experience, an individual message is not guaranteed, and a message intended for someone else may resonate with you in an unexpected way.
You may leave with a fresh perspective on something you're experiencing, a greater sense of clarity or peace, or a deeper trust in your own intuition. Above all, the gathering offers a reminder that support can come in many forms, and that you don't have to have everything figured out before taking your next step.

Writing for Healing: Your Story Is Still Unfolding
Facilitated by Allison Brunner, LCSW

During times of grief, transition, loss, or profound change, it can be difficult to make sense of what we're experiencing. We may have feelings we haven't been able to articulate, memories we haven't fully processed, or a sense that we're becoming someone new without knowing quite who that person is yet. Writing can give us a way to slow down, listen inward, and begin putting words to the experiences that are asking to be understood.
Allison offers guided prompts and gentle invitations to explore your inner landscape through words. No writing experience is necessary, and there is no expectation that you produce something polished or share anything you're not comfortable sharing. You might write about a loss, a relationship, an ending, a beginning, an old identity, a dream, or simply whatever is present for you that day. The group becomes a space to write, reflect, listen, and witness one another's stories.
You may leave with a deeper understanding of something you've been carrying, a new perspective on an experience, or simply the relief of having given your thoughts and feelings somewhere to go. Over time, writing can help you recognize patterns, uncover meaning, reconnect with parts of yourself, and see possibilities that weren't visible before.

The Healing Intensive: a Deeply Immersive Space for Profound Change
Facilitated by Allison Brunner

There are times when we know we're ready for something to shift, but we can't quite identify what needs to happen next. You may be moving through a major life transition, grieving an ending, releasing an old identity, feeling stuck despite having done significant inner work, or sensing that something deeper is ready to change. The Healing Intensive is for those moments who want to go beyond simply talking about what you're experiencing and explore the emotional, energetic, spiritual, and deeper layers of your experience.
The Healing Intensive is Allison's most comprehensive and deeply integrative offering. Rather than working within a single modality, she draws from her full range of experience as a psychospiritual guide and energy healer, weaving together intuitive guidance, somatic and inner depth work, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, Andean healing arts, and other practices as the session unfolds. You don't need to know which approach you need. Allison listens to what is present, follows the energy of the session, and brings forward the tools and practices that feel most appropriate for where you are.
People may come away from an Intensive with a sense of release, clarity, grounding, emotional movement, or a deeper understanding of what they've been experiencing. Sometimes an old pattern, attachment, or energy is ready to be released and the shift can feel immediate. Other times, the work reveals something that isn't ready to move yet, but can now be understood with greater compassion and less struggle. The intention is to create the space and support for it to unfold, helping you feel lighter, more connected to yourself, and more able to move forward into what comes next.

The Soul Key Series: a Monthly Invitation to Explore Who You Are Becoming
Facilitated by Amanda Shannon

Each month, The Soul Keys Series explores a different aspect of who we are and how that part of us is asking to be expressed. These gatherings are for anyone who wants to deepen their self-awareness, strengthen their intuition, reconnect with their sense of purpose, or simply understand themselves in a new way. You can join for a single Soul Key or return each month as the series unfolds.
Amanda introduces the month's Soul Key and guides the group through reflection and exploration of how it may be showing up in your life. Depending on the theme, the gathering may include meditation, journaling, intuitive guidance, conversation, or simple practices to help you connect with the qualities you're exploring. You'll have an opportunity to consider where this aspect of yourself is already present, where it may be asking for more attention, and how you might bring it more consciously into your everyday life, relationships, work, or leadership.
You may leave with a deeper understanding of yourself, greater clarity about your gifts and purpose, or a new way of seeing something you've been navigating. Each gathering offers a chance to listen more closely to your own inner wisdom and experiment with bringing more of your authentic self forward. Over time, the series becomes an ongoing journey of self-discovery, growth, and connection with a community of people who are exploring their own process of becoming.
Every fourth Wednesday, 7pm to 8:30pm, through February 2027
Advanced registration required.
Investment: $65, or purchase the entire six-part series for $375.
Community Healing Circle: Explore the Healing Power of Shared Intention
Facilitated by Allison Brunner

Community Healing Circle is an opportunity to experience the power of coming together with a shared intention for healing, peace, and well-being. Through simple group practices such as healing toning, chanting, visualization, prayer, focused intention, and energy work, we’ll create a circle where each person has the opportunity to both give and receive support.
Some practices may involve one person sitting or standing in the center of the circle while the group surrounds them with sound, intention, healing energy, or prayer. Other exercises may invite the entire group to work together toward a shared intention. The practices will vary from gathering to gathering, and no previous experience with energy work or meditation is necessary. You won't be asked to perform, explain, or disclose anything you don't wish to share.
At its heart, this is an experiment in collective care: setting aside the usual roles of healer and recipient and discovering what becomes possible when we intentionally support one another. Healing can be quiet—or it can happen through sound, laughter, prayer, imagery, or simply being held in the attention of a circle. Community Healing Circle is a place to explore what we can create when we bring our individual energy together.

Full Moon Circle: Pause, Reflect, Release, and Make Space for What's Next
Facilitated by Paige McHugh

The full moon offers a natural moment to pause, reflect, and take stock of where we’ve been. Each month, Paige McHugh invites you to gather in circle near the full moon to reflect on the experiences, patterns, and lessons of the past month, and to gently release what you’re ready to leave behind.
Paige will share the astrological themes surrounding the current full moon, offering insight into the energies and invitations at play. She’ll then guide the group through a meditation and create space for personal reflection, helping you connect with what may be asking for your attention as you move through your own season of change and transition.
The evening will close with card messages for the group, offering another layer of reflection and intuitive guidance. Whether you're moving through a significant life transition or simply looking for a meaningful monthly ritual, Moon Circle is a chance to slow down, listen inward, and consciously make space for what comes next.
Date varies month to month and will be held on or near the full moon. Check the Events page.

Spiritual Awakening: You're Not Crazy; You're Waking up
Facilitated by Paige McHugh

There are times in life when our understanding of ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us begins to change. A spiritual awakening can be beautiful and exhilarating, but it can also feel disorienting, lonely, and difficult to explain to the people around us. Spiritual Awakening is a monthly gathering for people who recognize that they are on a spiritual journey and are moving through the many questions, discoveries, and transitions that come with seeing life in a new way.
Facilitated organically and intuitively by Paige McHugh, psychic/medium, energy reader, astrologer, and intuitive teacher, each gathering unfolds according to what is alive in the room. Conversations may explore the mystical experience of remembering ourselves as souls, wondering why we are here, navigating old wounds and life experiences, or finding our way through the many twists, turns, and rabbit holes of self-discovery. There is no prescribed lesson or agenda. Instead, Paige creates space for the group to follow what wants to emerge.
Most importantly, this is a place to discover that you don't have to navigate your awakening alone. As we share our experiences, questions, insights, and discoveries, we often recognize pieces of our own journey in someone else's story. Spiritual Awakening offers an opportunity to meet others who are moving through their own seasons of change, make meaningful connections, and explore the deeper questions that arise when life begins to call us into something new.
