Meet Allison Brunner
After 18 years as a licensed clinical social worker, Allison Brunner evolved her work into psychospiritual guidance and energy healing, drawing on somatic healing, Andean spiritual and healing arts, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, intuitive guidance, and her own profound experience of death, rebirth, loss, and transformation. She supports people who have already done significant inner work but sense that deeper energies, attachments, patterns, or old identities are still holding them back, helping them release what is ready to go, understand what remains, and move through life's transitions with greater grace, support, and freedom.
Her Story
After 18 years as a licensed somatic psychotherapist Allison Brunner has evolved her work into a deeply integrative practice as a psychospiritual guide and energy healer. She brings together somatic healing, Andean spiritual and healing arts, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, intuitive guidance, and deep inner work to support people who are ready for profound transformation. Her work is rooted in the understanding that healing is about remembering who we are beneath the layers of experience, conditioning, relationships, and identities we have accumulated along the way.
As an apprentice in the Andean mystical tradition, Allison spent a decade studying within the Q'ero lineage, deepening her understanding of energy, ritual, spiritual practice, and the processes through which people heal and transform. She is a Reiki Master and Master Practitioner of Integrated Energy Therapy and has extensive experience facilitating healing groups, workshops, and psychoeducational experiences. Over time, her work has expanded beyond the psychological and into the energetic and spiritual dimensions of transformation, creating a space for people who have already done significant inner work but sense that something deeper is still asking to be released.
Much of Allison's work is rooted in something she knows intimately: the process of death and rebirth that accompanies profound transformation. Transformation has been a defining thread throughout her life. She has lived many iterations of herself, endured profound losses and heartbreaks, experienced spiritual awakenings and initiations, and repeatedly found herself standing at the threshold between who she was and who she was becoming. Her life has taught her that transformation is rarely a single event. It is a continual process of releasing what no longer belongs, surrendering identities that have outlived their purpose, and making space for something new to emerge.
Her journey has taken her through debilitating depression and anxiety, profound personal losses, heartbreak, spiritual initiations, and periods when the life she knew seemed to fall away entirely. As an apprentice in the Andean mystical tradition and as a mystic, she underwent several formal initiations that deepened her understanding of transformation, release, and renewal. Again and again, she has had to release identities, relationships, beliefs, and ways of living that no longer belonged to her, and learn how to step into what emerged on the other side. She doesn't speak of transformation as a concept. She has lived it. Allison understands the disorientation of standing between lives, the grief of releasing an old self, and the profound possibility that can emerge when we allow ourselves to become someone new.
Today, Allison works with people who may have already done years of emotional and psychological healing yet still feel burdened by energies and patterns that seem difficult to shift. She works with what may be experienced as ancestral or past-life energies, toxic energetic ties and attachments, and thought forms that can inhibit growth and movement. Through her hands, her heart, medicine stones, and connection with earth and cosmic energies, Allison helps clients move and clear what is ready to be released, sometimes with a remarkable sense of immediacy and lightness. She also recognizes that not everything is meant to disappear in a single session. Sometimes what remains has something to teach us, revealing a pattern, relationship, or old energy that is still serving a purpose in our evolution. In those moments, she helps clients meet what cannot yet be released with greater grace and compassion, learning to walk with it rather than be weighed down by it.
Allison also invites clients to use their own hands, working with the angelic realm to consciously release energies, thought forms, and attachments for themselves. Her work offers another layer of support for those moving through profound change: a way to feel a little less burdened, a little more supported, and more able to move forward into who they are becoming.
