Narcissistic Abuse Survivor's Group (Peer Led)

When you've experienced narcissistic abuse, it can take time to understand what happened and even longer to understand how it has affected you. You may still be in the relationship, trying to find a way out, or rebuilding your life afterward. You may be questioning your memories, your choices, your sense of self, or simply wondering how to begin again. This group offers a compassionate space to be with others who understand these experiences.

This is a peer-support gathering where you can share as much or as little as feels comfortable. We'll have space to talk about what you're experiencing, listen to one another, and explore the challenges that can come with healing from emotionally difficult relationships. There is no expectation that you have everything figured out. Being in a room with people who understand can be its own kind of support.
