About the event
Usui Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 Weekend
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It’s administered by laying on hands and can be easily learned by anyone.
The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, the self -treatment, and practice using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques.
Class both Saturday and Sunday, will begin promptly at 9:30 am with breaks through-out the day. There will be a lunch break for an hour. There is a kitchen if a microwave is needed. Please plan to stay till 5:30. We will use the full day! Please dress comfortably and bring water. Any questions, please contact me at 484-202-8216!
